Send us three things: your hotel (or villa/apartment address), your dates, and which box you'd like — the Standard, or the 5G Pro for bigger groups. Not sure which? Tell us your group size and we'll say honestly which one fits.
We reply with a confirmation and the total price. That message is your booking — nothing to sign, nothing to pay yet.
Booking ahead of your holiday guarantees your box, but if you're already in Marmaris, message us anyway — same-day delivery is usually possible.
Your WifiBox is handed to your hotel reception before you arrive, fully charged, with the wifi name and password on a card inside the case. Pick it up at check-in, switch it on, connect — you're online in under a minute.
Staying in a villa or apartment? We deliver to your door and agree a time window with you on WhatsApp.
Booked the transfer bundle? Your driver hands you the box at Dalaman Airport — you're online before you've left the car park.
Pay in cash when you receive the box — pounds, euros or lira, whatever you have. A small refundable deposit is taken with it and handed straight back when we collect the box. We never ask for card details.
On your last day, leave the box and its accessories at your hotel reception. We collect it — you don't need to be there, and there's nothing else to do.
